Hoch Orchards LaCrescent, MN

Located just a few miles east of Blue Fruit Farm, our friends Harry and Jackie Hoch produce a variety of certified organic products including berries, honey, pork, sauces, and over 50 varieties of apples. Although we no longer collaborate on any products, Harry and Jackie Hoch have helped us make some important decision - such as investing in a walk in cooler - and helping us with marketing in our early years. Hoch products can be purchased at your local food co-op or the Winona Farmer's market. For more information on their operation, you can visit their website here.

Forager Brewery, Rochester, MN. The Forager seems to love our fruit, brewing up new flavors of sour fruit beers with our aronia, black currants, and elderberries. Look for them on their menu1

Birchwood Cafe Minneapolis, MN

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Birchwood Cafe has been dishing up their "fresh, unique food with down-home appeal" since 1995. Sourcing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, their menu changes seasonally. Look for Blue Fruit products such as black currants and elderberries from midsummer to fall. Pictured right: Eggs as You Wish from the Birchwood Cafe, with jam made in-house with our own Black Currants - yum!

Blue Heron Coffeehouse Winona, MN

One of our favorite places to eat in Winona, the Blue Heron not only offers delicious food and drinks, but also art, music, and a friendly environment. Conveniently located less than a block from the Winona Farmer's market and across the street from Bluff Country Co-Op, the Blue Heron features local food whenever possible on their wonderful sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. You can find Blue Fruit Farm products including asparagus, rhubarb, aronia, and more!
