Located just west of LaCrescent, MN, our friends Harry and Jackie Hoch produce a variety of certified organic products including berries, honey, pork, sauces, and over 50 varieties of apples. Harry and Jackie Hoch have helped us make some important decisions – such as investing in a walk-in cooler – and helped us with marketing during our early years. The Forager uses an assortment of our berries and plums to brew up new flavors of fruit beers. Check out their menu!

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Birchwood Cafe has been cooking “fresh, unique food with down-home appeal” since 1995. Sourcing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, their menu changes seasonally. Look for Blue Fruit products such as black currants and elderberries from midsummer to fall. They use our blueberries at the MN State Fair.

One of our favorite places to eat in Winona, the Blue Heron not only offers delicious food and drinks, but also art, music, and a friendly environment. Conveniently located less than a block from the Winona Farmer’s market and across the street from Bluff Country Co-op, the Blue Heron features local and organic ingredients in their wonderful sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. You can find Blue Fruit Farm products there such as asparagus, rhubarb, aronia, and more!
